Enhancement EB tracker for Stormbringer ST / Prio target fights

Ele Blast tracker made for Stormbringer builds (in st / prio target fight situations) showing the most important APL conditions. I recommend using it in combination with another wolf tracker WA on top to see how long your wolves are active to judge if its worth holding a charge for potential wolf overlaps or just spend. TLDR: ** IF IT GLOWS, ITS WORTH PRESSING EB (in st)! ** DISCLAIMER: It is advised to play Stormbringer with EB ONLY if you feel CONFIDENT with the spec during hectic raid or dungeon situations, since misplaying EB is a guaranteed DPS loss over Tempest Strikes and this WA does some advanced conditional tracking that might be confusing to understand. So it may end up being quite complex to execute perfectly in some edge cases, even though the WA tries to be as straight forward (and userfriendly) as possible. So if you fuck it up, blame yourself instead of the WA and talent into TS. * tracks EB charges (text bottom right - only shows when at least 1 charge is up) and shows recharge time in the middle of the icon * tracks amounts of wolves active (text bottom left - only shows when at least 1 wolf is up) * turns red if out of range * dymanically changes saturation and glow depending on amount of MSW ready, amounts of charges ready etc, its smart with this one and as close to the most important APL lines as possible * currently is set to load only in combat, not during flying and not during pet battles (and also needs both LvB and EB talented to load) so if it doesnt show up for you, thats probably the reason
