In Dragonrage, a subtle red or blue glow indicates that Fire Breath or Eternity Surge is available soon. Castbar is by Dorovon. Adds a dash border when your empower is close to coming off cooldown. Full glow when it is off cooldown. Red = Fire Breath / Blue = Eternity Surge. Red tick is the 3rd tick (interrupt here during Dragonrage). This only shows when you chain for the time being.
