Scorch/Firestarter Glow

Glows Scorch spell button on action bars if enemy has <= 30% hp, pyroblast/fireball if >= 90% hp. You can select glow color and enable sound under Custom Options, change sound under Conditions. Works with default action bars, Bartender4, Dominos or ElvUI.
