Turbo Time!

Made this WA with a couple friends because it sounded like a fun idea after seeing the Pedro lust WA. It's Turbo Time! Whenever you gain lust you get to hear part of an infomercial about a very specific legal problem, with a little music. 40s duration sound file that starts with yelling "It's Turbo Time!" in raid, party, or then ends with roughly 12s of the skit from I Think You Should Leave by Tim Robinson. Place the custom sound file under the following folder: "_retail_/Interface/Turbo" Custom Sound: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1answqcjD04DmY1YK3thqHHak30AOphs9/view?usp=sharing DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH RANDOM TIME WARPS FROM TIME ANOMALY! Just plays 40s of a sound, I'll fix it eventually with another sound. Currently disabled if you have Time Anomaly Talented. Very simple, probably a better way of implementing the different versions of lust though. Hope you enjoy!
