Bloodbag Rogue 11.0

My Rogue WA Pack. Has support for all 3 specs up to 11.0.5 but was stuck on Assa for most of the tier so that spec is working perfect, both outlaw (the spec i played up until then) should also still be updated and sub has not been tested in a raid fight but i have implemented all the new 0.5 stuff. If you find something missing or dont understand something just drop a comment and ill look at it. I also used the addon Masque + an icon pack (https://github.com/kodewdle/IconPacks) to get my Icons to look the way they do special thanks to fuu for the target tracker zac for the rtb WA Istarian sorting function and other stuff
