Holy Paladin Dynamic Cursor

This is a paladin version that will not receive much testing or updates but it is fairly solid and I have added a holy power bar which is admittedly a copy pasta to which I do not remember where I got it from or I would give credit. It has three parts and features PI/ innervate on me along with sounds for 3 holy power filled and divine purpose proc's.
