Hrothmar's Arms Rotation Package

This is my Arms Warrior rotation package that I'm using for The War Within. It breaks down in the following way, starting in the top left, then moving horizontally, and then down towards the bottom, row by row.

1 - Interrupt Status (CCs)

I have my target's castbar located to the right of this group so that I can see which spell is being cast and which tools I have at my disposal to stop it

2 - Arms Major CDs

Trackers for each of the Arms major cooldowns as well as Execute. They should conditionally load based on if you have them talented, with Execute flashing when free or useable on the target. Execute is located here for me since, while part of the "rotation", I consider it a special spell and on par with Major CD usage when it comes time to prioritize it. Makes it easier for my brain to see it.

3 - Timers

This section has three vertical bars that track bleed/status effects that Arms needs to worry about. Sweeping Strikes, Rend, and Deep Wounds duration. The final two, Rend/DeepWounds will gain a Glow (rotating pixel outline) when they are low or missing on the target as a reminder to refresh them.

4 - Main Rotation

The core rotation for Arms. Some important callouts for this section are:

  • Mortal Strike tracks its own Executioner's Precision debuffs and Overpower buffs, as well as if you have enough rage to cast it.
  • Thunderclap, Rend, Cleave, and Skullsplitter show conditionally with talents
  • Thunderclap and Rend will only show one or the other, both yelling at you if the "Rend" DoT is too low, or missing

5 - Rage Bar + Swing Timer

A straight-forward resource tracker for Rage as well as a melee swing timer below it so you can see when your next income of Rage will occur. The rage meter itself will change colors to inform you of various safe times to spend spells. In Dragonflight Season 4, this only occurs in the following situations:

  • Red: Low rage, not enough to Mortal Strike
  • Orange: Just enough rage to Mortal Strike
  • Green: Threshold for Execute cost during execute phase. During execute phase, if the resource bar is green, send Execute. If it's not green, send an Overpower or go Charge Weave.

6 - Utility Spells

These are generalized spells, including Racials, Defensives, and Self Healing. Admittedly, this is just my "miscellaneous" junk drawer of spells who i need to keep track of, but aren't generally important outside of when they need to be used.

7 - Buff Trackers

Tracks the status of your Test of Might talent as well as Fatality/Fatal Mark (if talented). This is good for raiding and is mostly for viewers.
