Alarius's Frost HUD [Hekili]

Both of the CD's and resource bars attach to the HekiliDisplayPrimary frame which means they REQUIRE Hekili for proper positioning! This is a group of various WA's that attach to Hekili. The bars were initially forked from Jixel. So I must say thanks and give him credit for creating it. Since I initially copied it, it has undergone many modifications over the years in order to stay current thru various WoW patches and WA updates. At this point I would say that it's been heavily modified from the original as textures have broken over time and WA updates included more efficient ways of doing things.
